A little about moi…

I’ve been a passionate explorer of the human body and how it all works together for many years. My interest began with my own healing journey and sourcing many different therapies to help improve a body that had taken many wipe outs and a few decent car accidents. I started my learning journey with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University (2000), then a Diploma in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal College (2003). During my time at Mount Royal College I had the privilege of being treated by an osteopathic student that helped solve some chronic back pain. I was so impressed by her depth knowledge of anatomy and body interrelationships that I vowed to one day become an osteopathic practitioner. I worked as an Athletic Therapist in private practice and with various sports teams for 5 years and then got my chance to study Osteopathy at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver. I immersed myself into detailed anatomy and palpation training for 6 years and became certified in 2014. I have taken many osteopathic post graduate courses and continue to be passionate about how our bodies heal. I also teach and supervise at the Canadian School of Osteopathy.

In 2019, after 5 years of meditation courses, I became a Certified Meditation Teacher from Veracis Meditation. My current focus of study is in Andean Wisdom Teachings with traditional Peruvian Curandero, Jhaimy Alvarez Acosta.

I am continuously pursuing various avenues of healing. I love to incorporate these healing and meditative modalities into my practice in order to help get to the root cause of the pain.
